HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP OUT

All orders will be sent out automatically from Venice, CA. All orders begin to be processed for shipping within 3 business day after the order is placed .  Deliveries will not be sent out during Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

International Shipping will be sent out in the same time as local orders. Except it all depends on the location of recipient and the process of custom and customers local post office processing. Usually it has taken most customer more then a month to receive items. 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once shipped, you will receive a shipped notification including your tracking number. Delivery usually takes anywhere from one to five business days for customer in the United States.  All other countries will take longer. Please note that inclement weather, accidents, disasters, insufficient stock etc. can affect delivery times.

LOST PARCEL

In case of lost parcels, please contact us

* Please contact us about the issue within 30 days of purchase to help located your parcel. 
* Please also contact your delivery provider to see where your package is located. 
* XXVI-Supply are not responsible of lost parcel that have been verified as delivered.  

* XXVI-Supply is not responsible for address not written correctly or written in another language customer would be fully responsible.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price. The customer is responsible for paying these fees.

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold - if it exists - for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
